Spotify or other Internet radio apps?

I know there's no direct Spotify app as they didn't get enough requests to create one for Media Center, but are there any third-party solutions out there? I can just run Spotify of the desktop but it's not really suited to 10' interface.

I use mcSHOUTcast. Not sure if it's supported any more but the version I have running works fine.

There was another one called Songler that worked for Spotify within Media Center but the UI wasn't very pretty.
