I have the HDHR Prime with WMC 7, working great for 2 years.
Recently the Palladia channel will not tune in on 1 of my machines.
I get a "Service is unavailable" or "No TV signal" message.
I have Verizon FIOS as provider.
On another Win 7 machine the Palladia channel comes in.
In another room I have a Verizon issued STB, Palladia comes in fine on the STB.
Has anyone ever had an issue where a specific channel on one PC\tuner will not tune?
All of the other channels are working just fine.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Weird problem with Palladia channel

This happened to me recently. For a different channel on a different provider. That channel was showing as protected and I needed to update playready on the affected machine. Once I did that the problem resolved. So, it may be worth trying that.

Thanks, where would I go to update Playready?
I tried Settings \ TV \ TV Signal but don't see anything for Playready.

should be in:
Tasks->Settings->TV->TV Signal->Update PlayReady
If you don't have that try following the instructions for playready update failing here:

One word of warning. If you have recorded protected content on the machine you are messing with playready on, it is possible that you might end up resetting the DRM on that machine which could render the recorded content unwatchable. I am not an expert in the DRM stuff so I don't know for sure.
