SDV channels not working on Brighthouse Central Florida

My 7-year old step-daughter told me this evening that she can't watch some of her favorite channels. She says it's been happening for a day or two... but her sense of time isn't very accurate. I can tune popular channels that are definitely not SDV. I cannot tune any SDV channels.

I tried power-cycling the tuners and the tuning adapters. I'm using Silicondust HD HomeRun PRIME tuners. I haven't had any problem for a long time. The CableCARD's were installed more than 2 years ago. The signal strength on the TA's, both FDC and RDC are perfect.

I called Brighthouse, and they sent a "hit" to the cards. It didn't help. They have scheduled an on-site visit tomorrow evening.

I have also opened a Brighthouse Direct Forums ticket on dslreports.com. I'm hoping that the guy there will reply this evening. He knows what he's doing, and I cannot believe that this requires an on-site visit. Something MUST be wrong at BHN's end.

Suggestions welcome.

Is it possible that you are experiencing BHN's analog shutdown? It took them more than a month to reconfigure my local analog sd service to their less than satisfying alternative. Are you using CC tuner's with a TA's?

After they finished with my area I could receive all of the sd channels on my Primes. Just like they were before. But on standard analog there were only 15 channels of OTA analog programming, consisting of 2,6,9,18,24,35,56,68, etc. and an assortment of the contigious digital channels also available over the air. BHN has removed all satellite channels from their analog setup and required all subscribers to use either a TV with a CC and tuning adapter or some variation of that.

As a matter of fact when they first started; everything stopped. After, there was only 1 analog channel available. Channel 2. And the signal quality of that channel downright sucked. Snowy, hashy. Almost like they were trying to force us to sign up for some kind of upgraded service. It stayed that way for several weeks.
Although my HDHR Primes have handled with transition pretty well there were still a few hickups. Once through they seem to be pretty stable, I'm assuming their done. Here.

The digital transition happened in April, and I had no problems at that time.

I have posted to the Brighthouse Direct forum on dslreports, and their guy (BHNtechXpert - aka Gary) is already helping me. He is updating something, but not sure what.

BHNtechXpert fixed it! This guy is amazing. He never sleeps, and he almost always responds within the hour. I've asked him about it, and he says that he gets alerts on his phone when someone posts a question for him. I'm certain that he's not married.
