I have 2 tuners by USB from a shared antenna amplifier, one August and one Hauppage, both with drivers installed. WMC has these installed as two digital tuners.
But it won't let me record one channel and watch another, or record two channels at the same time, which Microsoft's website says should be easy.
Any ideas?
Dual USB tuners will not work simultaneously

Go to the guide, and arrow left to select the channel name/number. Press the Info button on your remote (CTRL+D on a keyboard). Choose "Edit Channel". Then, in the next screen, choose "Edit Sources".
Do you see both tuners listed here? If not, then you did something wrong when setting up the tuners.
If both tuners are listed and still don't work, try plugging each tuner into USB ports which are on different USB Root Hubs. Many motherboards have USB ports in groups of 2 or 4. The groups of USB ports often (but not always) are connected to individual root hubs.
After plugging the tuners into different USB ports, you can verify which Root Hub they are plugged into by going to Control Panel -> Device Manager. Once in Device Manager, click the "View" menu and choose "Devices by connection". Then, expand the tree...
ACPI * -> Microsoft ACPI-Compliant System -> PCI bus -> * USB * Host Controller -> * USB * Root Hub -> [name of your tuner here]
The asterisks in the path above represent variable/unknown text. It will vary depending on your system.
Make sure that the tuners are on different Root Hubs.
If you move the tuners to different USB ports, you may need to go through the TV Setup wizard again.
