Hey all, my xboxen have just recently come down with the dimming while playing movies bug. Basically after ten minutes the Xbox dims as if it were in idle. No problem with TV, videos, music, pictures. In fact, I just copied a movie file into the videos folder and tried playing it through videos and it plays fine without any dimming.
Background: I am on win 7 using my movies to play mostly .m4v files, some avi's and other for types.
I've tried a bunch of fixes that didn't work. Can't really find anything else. Just wondering if anybody had any ideas.
I've never had this problem until a week or two so.
Thanks in advance for help.

Hey, I know only a few have seen this, but I believe I have found the culprit. My brother has alerted me that there is a my movies bug where if a movie is split into multiple files, or, in my case, if you are playing an intro video this will happen. I haven't been home to check yet, but I do believe the problem arisen right around the time I installed my vipid movie intro.
What a bummer, I think that intro idea is awesome.
