Missing drives and folders in library list?

#1

Anyone else having issues (or know how to fix this issue) where not all your folders show up in the lists?

For instance My I:\ drive is not showing up under my "videos" section even though it's been added to that list under media library..

I've removed it and added it back still not there. Is there a file I can edit to manually force them to show?

I can't make sense of that statement. How did you add the I: drive if it's not showing up?

because WINDOWS 7 sees all my drives fine. It's media center that doesn't. It won't show my C:, Desktop, or I: drives under videos option. It sees them to add them to media libraries or remove them. but the drives don't display under the "folder" option...

IF you sort by date.. the files are all there. but when you sort by folder they don't list under videos.. even though all the locations have videos in them...

SO..

Fire up WMC
Go to videos...
default is set to sort by folder...
and 2 drives show.. E and H, but not the above mentioned ones.
Sort by date, and files on those above drives are listed....

Does that clear it up?

C:desktop is a virtual shortcut and won't show up, what is your I drive, is it a physical hard drive, a partition, a virtual Dvd drive, a Usb drive, an SD card slot?
