When I look at recorded shows in My Media Center (specifically "How I Met Your Mother) and sort by Air Date ... they appear to be showing in random order. Not by Original Air Date, not by Recorded Date, and not by Title. I probably have about 100 of those episodes which is how I noticed it so clearly. I assume the correct sort order is by "Original Air Date". The name of this sort should probably specifically say "Original Air Date" instead of "Air Date".

There was a bug with comments here: http://tracker.cetoncorp.com/issues/159
but to sum it up:
1.) Recorded Date -> Date is the grouping on top and they are sorted from most recent to oldest
2.) Title -> Title is the grouping and inside of each grouping they are sorted by the recorded date
3.) Air Date -> Title is the grouping and inside each of the grouping they are sorted by the original airdate
