Anyone using Mirage from Autonomic Controls?

I just wondered if anyone here is using Mirage from Autonomic Controls?

I just downloaded a trial version of MCS 3.0 but I can't get it working properly. The media scanner is flaky and I can't get it to re-scan again, there is meant to be support for My Movies and it has added movie titles in to Mirage from the My Movies database, but I can only play titles that are DVD (VIDEO_TS) rips, although that just opens the native 7MC Movie Library and the playback of the movie can only be seen in the small preview window down in the bottom left hand corner, it doesn't go full screen.

I cannot start playback from the Mirage UI of any other movie titles that are not DVD rips, i.e. AVI's or MKV's or Blu-ray ISO's dont start playback it just opens the native 7MC movie library, great!

It didn't find any media files at all until their support sent me a reg hack for x64 bit. Seems very buggy for $1000 software!

I was interested in their iPad app for full control over Media Center and the Polytunes zoned audio side of it, but if the basics don't work what's the point.
