Suggestions on how to program Harmony 900 for HTPC and Xbox?

So I got this fancy Harmony 900 for Christmas. I would like to be able to control the HTPC and Xbox 360 extender with this remote.
I did the set up fine, but when I have to pick the commands for the xbox, should I do "game console with dvd", then select Xbox 360, or should I try to find one of the media center remotes? This xbox 360 sole reason for living is being an extender. It is one of the newer S models.

Also, when I set up the HTPC, what should I pick from the drop down list? The IR is a small HP USB box that was suggested to me on another forum. The OS is Windows 8 Pro. Should I select something from HP? Microsoft?

Doesn't matter what category you pick, as long as you end up at something like Xbox Media. Also put your Xbox in Media Remote mode.

"Windows Media Center SE" probably has the best command set per THIS post.
