I have just replaced an ageing Athlon Shuttle PC with a Geekom IT11. The recommended resolution matching my Sony TV was 3840x2160. WMC interface ran okay for couple of minutes then scrolling menus was very slow. The WMC config said that performance may be affected by the high resolutiin. Now it is at 1920x1080 and 25Hz. Same problem. Video playback is okay once I get it started and the system not using much CPU. Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Further investigation shows that the WMC interface performance issue only starts after I've played a TV prog, even if just for a few seconds. Very strange. Is there a different version I can install?

Your Geekom IT11 has an Intel 11th generation iGPU, right? If so, it's (sadly) expected. See viewtopic.php?p=152525 for more information.
