From Log Viewer

[12/16/2023 6:45:02 AM] [ERROR] Subscribed lineup USA-DITV-DEFAULT has been DELETED at the headend.
[12/16/2023 6:45:02 AM] [ INFO] EPG123 update execution time was 00:00:01.2092034.
[12/16/2023 6:45:02 AM] [ERROR] Failed to create MXF file. Exiting

When I started EPG it listed two line ups: Local Broadcast Listings and Deleted, attempts to correct failed, under lineups it shows my two lineups but under Subscribed Lineups is empty.

Log Viewer is showing HTTP request failed with status code 500 Internal Server Error.

Schedule Direct problem?

If I try to correct the lineups, I get an error that more than four have been used, I rebooted computer, got the Local Broadcast Listings to show, but not DirectTV, if I exit EPG and restart EPG it shows no Subscribed Lineups.

I got this from forums.schedulesdirect.org: Gracenote changed the IDs for most of their satellite lineups. You have to delete that lineup and add the new one.

Does this mean EPG needs to be updated?

It appears that the identifier for you lineup has changed, so that means you need to add the "new" lineup in the EPG123 config GUI and then delete the old lineup. I assume the new lineup will be named the same as the old one, although it may not be.

I assume both the old and new lineups will have the same channel lineup but will differ in their unique ID which identifies the specific lineup.

I am guessing you will also have to remove the check mark next to any channel in the "new" lineup that you don't want to be downloaded to match what you had on the "old" lineup.

Was that a recent post in the Schedules Direct forum? If not, it is worth double-checking with them. I've had this before in the past and it was corrected and restored after contacting them.
