Custom path and filename for xmltv file?
This used to be an option but appears to have been removed in the move to 1.8.x. I have worked around it by creating a symlink (the consuming program would need to be entirely reconfigured to change it to use the default path/filename and I would dearly like to avoid this), but I'm wondering if there was a reason why this was removed and whether or not this feature could be restored. Regardless, thanks a lot for your continued support of this platform, it's much appreciated!

Not going to restore that feature. With 1.8.x, a http service is included so you can get the xmltv file by using http at http://<ip_address>:9009/output/epg123.xmltv. Removing the option to save it anywhere avoids it being saved to someplace that may be unavailable when requested over http.

Oh I see, to avoid the path being e.g. restricted to certain users, or on a mapped network drive that might not be available or something? Aha. OK, I'll live, thanks
