I just released a new version that will help on any HTTP troubleshooting by giving better detail of the exception thrown. Also, due to some minor changes in the API response, this will also address those that are getting warnings when trying to download generic series descriptions. It is not actually missing any, but is instead trying to get generic series descriptions of some movies that were identified as short films.

Make that newly released version 1.8.2.1. Refined exception reporting as well as found I needed to add a small delay after starting the service before trying to download the configuration file.

i just made a backup image... so i'll be a guinea pig... and try v1.8.2.0 Release. Edit: v1.8.2.1 Release

Edit 2: install was fast!!!
Configuration GUI pops-up perfectly and fast.
now i'll update from the Systray Icon context menu's "Update Guide Now". (not from "Save & Execute" in Config GUI.)

So, obviously the new release fixed both ^^errors. YAY!!!
