Schedules Direct down for Maintenance

#1

Post by alhaunts » Sun Sep 03, 2023 11:40 am

Looks like the SD-JSON service is down for maintenace since yesterday evening.

SD's forum says they are "migrating to a new middleware tier", whatever that means.

Don't see an ETA for service to resume.

ty :)

i hope ^^ explains my probs:

my EPG123 Client GUI loads normal, but my Configuration GUI is messed up (doesn't load properly, and there aren't any line-ups in the drop-down menu at the top of Configuration GUI).

And log this morning included:

Code: Select all

[9/3/2023 7:32:06 AM] [ INFO] SD responded with error code: 9009 , message: Failed to get new token. Review the local server service.log file for SD response details. , serverID: **-** , datetime: 2023-09-03T11:32:06Z
[9/3/2023 7:32:06 AM] [ INFO] ***** The EPG123 Server service could not obtain a token from Schedules Direct. View the server.log file for details.

i tried latest version (v1.8.1.8).
i'm using v1.8.0.8, but installing v1.8.1.8 didn't fix anything.

so i restored backup image from yesterday.

Yeah, same here. Nothing to do but wait for SD to finish doing their thing.

it's not back up Midwest yet.

where are u?

Edit: NM

IT'S UP NOW LOL!!! :) :) :)

Edit2: and TY alhaunts! :)

Plus, i think u were right... just that it was necessary (imperative) for me to click on that big Login Button next to my SD Name and Password in the EPG123 Configuration GUI. Usually i just open the Config GUI and it is populated and functioning.
