does anyone have a installer for microsoft .net framework 4.6.2 that I can use on windows 7 for EPG123?

The installer comes with the webinstaller for 4.6.2. You need to make sure Win7 is SP1 and has the KB4474419 installed to support SHA2 to successfully install.
