Fresh Install issues - says it is not digital cable ready

So I am doing a fresh install of Windows 7 and Media Center - I am trying to set it up and I installed Play Ready and Digital Cable Advisor (both 64-bit, since the OS is 64 bit) from https://garyan2.github.io/drm.htmla and I am getting

"Digital Tuner Setup

Your computer is not digital cable ready. You will not be able to set it up for use with a CableCARD."

The tuner is connected to the router via ethernet and the media center PC is connected to the same router via ethernet.

Any ideas?

Did you run DCA within WMC prior to TV Setup?

.......nope, I actually totally forgot to run it again

I somehow do this every single time I set up a WMC box. I'll try it tonight. Thanks
