Guide data has suddenly disappeared

I have been using EPG123 for the last year on a Win7 machine running WMC. On January 16th, all guide data disappeared. I have tried rebuilding the database to no avail. Any help is appreciated.

Need to know more. Are all your channels still there, just no guide? The log file will probably help out as well. Even a snapshot of the client GUI to see what it looks like will help.

I got things working again by creating an entirely new account with Schedules Direct and doing a Clean Setup.
