All my listings are gone

#1

I've been using epg123 happily with WMC and Schedules Direct since Dec 2019. On Monda, I went to program recordings for the week and had "No Data" for every channel. I've downloaded and installed the latest version 1.3.6.20 and run the client setup several times, but I still get nothing. It seems my lineup has been "deleted at the headend." I see the line up in the client, but not in epg123.
Here's a log snippet:

This is probably something to ask Schedules Direct. Did you try selecting a different lineup?

For you to be completely out of guide listings, your lineup would have had to have been deleted around 17 days ago? [Just checked and it looks like it was deleted on 3/12.]

Check to see if there is a replacement lineup... there may be a "Rebuild" lineup. Comcast has been doing this around the nation (having the suppliers delete the current lineups and creating new ones).

Hi, I don't know how to create or rebuild a line up. Is that through SD?
Thanks!

Sorry, open the configuration GUI, click the [Lineups] button and try adding a new lineup. See if there is a new lineup there that replaces the old deleted one. It may have the word "Rebuild" in its' title. For any of the lineups, you can right-click it to preview the channel numbers and stations to verify it is correct or not.

Thanks so much--that worked. You're the best!
