Initially I only had warnings for 2 "Program EP"s. Then I did a manual run and wound up with all these. I did a search of the forum here and found a message from you thinking it might be a corrupt database and also another that said, "I obviously don't control the content, so please submit a ticket with Schedules Direct." I'll try rebuilding the database but first I want to know if I'll lose anything such as my Series settings. If I have to contact SD, do I have to give them the EP numbers or is there a way I can find out what programs are the troublemakers by their real names?

Rebuilding the database isn't going to do anything for you. The program data we are getting from Schedules Direct is incomplete. Giving SD the program IDs should be enough for them to find the issue, but a quick check...

The programs that start with EP03459269 are "Street Outlaws: Final Showdown"
The program that starts with EP02787968 is "North Woods Law: Uncuffed"
The program that starts with EP03371977 is "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition"

I've tried looking up the specific episodes that are listed, but I get a 6000 error code: "Could not find requested programID."

Definitely something wrong on SD's end.

I don't watch any of those shows so that just knocked down the urgency for me to get those fixed.
Interesting how each have a colon in the middle of their name. I wonder if that's a factor in whatever is going on.

I updated today from 1.2.13 to the latest. Interesting this didn't happen until I ran the update.

Program EP005455793239 is missing required content.
Did not cache program EP005455793239 due to missing Md5 hash.

I get the same warning for EP005455793238.

Note that identifiers that start with EP (episodes) and SH (shows) are the ways Gracenote (the TV data provider) identifies unique episodes and programs.
It uses the first 8 numbers to uniquely identify the show and the next 4 numbers to identify the individual episode of that show (only for EP). Note that SH only have the first 8 numbers, although you can see them sometimes with all 12 numbers, but the last 4 are not significant for a "SH", and are usually 0000.

SH00545579 uniquely identifies the show "Jimmy Kimmel Live".

So, in this case, SH00545579 would represent a generic airing of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" and EP005455793239 and EP005455793238 would each identify two separate unique episodes of "Jimmy Kimmel Live", (note that the first 8 numbers are 00545579) the last four numbers, 3238 and 3239, identify them as two separate and unique episodes of that show.

So these errors indicate that there is missing data for these two episodes. I'm not sure how that presents itself in the actual WMC guide, but you can take a look and see. Note that if prior downloads did not have missing data for these episodes, then you may not see any real problem, although if they should have had updated information, it will not have been properly updated with this information (since it is missing).

EDIT: Note that zap2it.com uses Gracenote data as well, so you can look up the program in question using the unique show ID by plugging it in to a URL. You used to be able to also use episode IDs to get to the individual episodes, but since the redesign of the website, I am not sure that is available anymore. So if you have an episode ID, you need to first convert it to a series ID (show ID). So EP005455793238 would become SH00545579. You would then use that ID in the URL like so:
