Hi,
I had v1.3.3 installed on my guide, and I tried to update to v1.3.5, which Windows would not allow. The error message was Windows cannot access the specified device or file. The next popup was Compressed (zipped) Folder Error "Windows cannot complete the extraction". I restarted my PC and ran the update again with the same results. I then ran update v1.3.4, which worked perfectly, so I again tried v1.3.5 with the same negative results. Is the problem at my end or the download? Thanks!

Probably your AV software. Sounds like it is deleting/vaulting/containing/whatever the downloaded file... or you could be blocking it locally. If you right-click the file you downloaded, there may be a checkbox available to allow you to open it.

I guess I will stay with v1.3.4. Why would my AV software allow me to download and install the previous versions? There wasn't a checkbox and my permissions are the same. Oh well, I'm happy with what I have!
