No EPG data past 12/31/19

My account is good until 10/2020. EPG runs every night and shows a successful return code, but there is no guide data past 12/31. This morning I updated to the newest version of EPG123 with no change. Help?

My first guess is you are not using guide listings from EPG123/Schedules Direct. Open the client and take a look at the Subscribed Lineup column... if they do not start with EPG123, then you are still using MS/Rovi guide data.

Okay, I checked and you are right. Some channels (OTA mostly) show "EPG123 with Schedules Direct" while others show "Spectrum SD Austin Digital". I assume that means the source is Rovi? How do I change them all to be Schedules Direct?

Sorry, believe it or not, the easiest way is to do a [Client Setup] again and deny the Program Guide Terms of Service. Based on your lineup name, you may be using a really old version of EPG123... what version were you running?

So I believe I resolved the issue by doing a clean set up and starting over. I now have guide data thru the second week in January.
