Not enough channels / only one lineup available

First the good news. I installed everything and it works. The problem is that I live in Las Cruces, New Mexico and you only have one lineup for them. Comcast has channel numbers that run from 2 through 1800 (or more). Before I installed EPG123 I wrote down all the channel numbers I was receiving. They ranged from 2 through 1734. They were not contiguous because I don't have the gold plated plan, but I was able to receive program data on all the channels I selected. The list of channels that I was able to activate in EPG123 ended at 884, so I am missing about 1/3 of my channels. While there was only one Comcast lineup to choose from here, I noticed that in El Paso, Texas some providers had 3 or 4 line-ups available. Will you be adding more line-ups so I can pick up the rest of my channels?

If you think the lineup is not correct, you will need to submit a ticket to Schedules Direct. They will the notify Gracenote which provides the data.

Just a note, I did a quick scan of the lineups shown on tvguide.com, which uses the same source as your previous guide, and it looks like all the 1000 and up channel numbers are also present in your lower channel numbers. For example:

1004 KDBCDT is also 212
1006 QVCHD is also 805
1007 KVIADT is also 210
1009 KTSMDT is also 211

and so forth. If that is true for all of them, then the good news is you have all your programming but are just missing a large chunk of channel numbers. The other "good" news, if you so desired, you could manually attach guide listings to each of those 1000+ channel numbers with the appropriate station. Considering how many there are, probably best to submit the ticket.

I think the higher numbers have some unique channels but a lot of them are the HD versions of the lower channels.

I couldn't tell. Easy way is to just tune into 210, 211, 212 and see if they are HD or not.

I've started the process of updating the lineup and will let you know when it's complete.
