I have a bunch of ".tmp.sbf" files in the "\Recorded TV\TempRec\TempSBE" folder. A typical filename would be {40820163-BD37-498A-B496-DB163096497C}.tmp.sbf. Each one is about 498 Mb.
They don't show up in File Explorer, even with view hidden files enabled. They are revealed only by searching for "*.*".
I have tried deleting them but get an error message that reads: "Could not find this item. This is no longer located in Recorded TV\TempRec\TempSBE. Verify the item's location and try again."
Any advice on deleting files would be appreciated.

Sorry, I don't need to delete these. They don't take up as much space as I thought.

Those sound like files created by the live TV buffer. Your windows index is probably picking up old files that were destroyed when you stopped live TV.
