Epg123 task just randomly disappears

Epg123 task just randomly disappears
Has this happened to anyone else? Every few months the task for epg123 to update disappears and my guide data doesn't update. I've checked logs and haven't been able to find any evidence of the task even being in the system. I'll use epg123 to install it again and all will be well until the next time the task disappears. I'm running Windows 7.
