Missing chanels on extenders that are on HTPC

I am missing a bunch of channels on my xbox extender that are on my HTPC AND show up on my Ceton extender. Any ideas? Pretty basic setup, WMC7, channel logos, DVRMS Toolbox, comskip, remote potato.

So uninstalling the extender from WMC and reinstalling fixed it....
