Has anyone installed Windows 10 and tried using Windows MediaCenter? Anyone with a Ceton Infinity Tuner? Any success stories?

Microsoft says there is almost no usage of it. Why support it?

To answer your original question, yes, someone has tried, no success: http://www.thegreenbutton.tv/forums/vie ... 9&start=80

Appears to be impossible at the moment.

But MS did replace it with a DVD player app. Isn't that awesome?

WMP in Windows 10 can play WTV files just fine as long as you choose to install my STANDARD Codecs.
This package only contains the LAV Filters and xy-VSFilter for subtitles.
Be sure to choose the [x] SUGGESTED seettings checkbox after installation which sets up the codecs for usage in WMP.
Retain your sanity, use Shark007 Codecs

Wow they really are determined to kill it aren't they. Windows no longer plays Windows Recorded TV.
