Duplicated of All Channels in Guide

I was having some issues downloading the guide data. Try some things I read here and ended up having to rerun setup. Now the guide list each channel about 5 times and it's very channel! Can I delete and reload the guide database file some how? I think I got my self messed up with restoring with mcBackUp.

I did exactly the same thing once. Guide Tool should do the trick.
