New channel not showing up

Sorry, as I realize this is probably a commonly asked question, although I did not find anything useful in a search.

Comcast in my area (served by the "Romeoville IL Digital" listings) has added a new channel for spillover of Comcast SportsNet: Comcast SportsNet Plus, channel 201. I am not getting the channel in my guide, and when I check Zap2It's listing for my provider it does not show up there either, so it makes sense that my Media Center is not getting it.

Any tips on how/who to contact to attempt to get the channel added to the lineup?

I found another post that discussed sending an email to Zap2It, so that is what I have done. Hopefully I get some results.
