UK: Change of some channels then failure to update guide

The Crystal Palace transmitter (London) changed some guide channels on 3rd September; e.g. 'BBC News' moved from channel 80 to 130.

When I retuned channels, I noticed that the guide update had recently started to fail and has done so, erratically, ever since. I get a few errors - here are a couple of examples:
Failed to retrieve EpgListings (Error: Unable to connect to the remote server)
Failed to retrieve Broadband (Error: Unable to connect to the remote server)

I have seen some suggestions about using a different post code and that definitely makes no difference.

Every now and again the update goes through without errors - just enough to keep the guide up to date. However, I am really worried that this problem has not been corrected and is pretty basic when a server cannot be contacted. Surely someone at the provider end knows that this is happening?

I have noticed some American user reporting this problem. Does anyone else in the UK get this problem as well?

If so, any ideas what we should do next?
