For me it was 8 months, and roughly $20-30K in legal fees to be able to see my kids. I feel for the guy, but I doubt that his story ends here. Just because the US State Department is going to issue an order for her to return the kids... does not mean she's going to comply. What incentive does she have to comply? She's in Argentina.
