even though it shows 100% on the edit source screen. all of my TV's pick up the channel but not the Hauppauge 2250 tuners
I was able to manually add 1 channel, but not the sub channel
what is my next step to add these missing channels?

You may have incorrect sources for some channels. Go to "Edit Sources" and look to see if there are listings for different channel numbers in there. Find out which one is correct by going to the link below. Un-check the box next to the incorrect ones.

If that doesn't help, you can install Guide Tool. It has more options for manually adding channels than what you can do in the Media Center settings (especially sub channels).
