MCE Buddy start question?

I have MCE buddy running so my recordings automatically get renamed and moved to the correct show/season folder. It works great and allows access to all recordings on our bedroom tv with ROKU and the media browser app.

My question is:

How do I start the program minimized so the window is not open in the background or behind WMC?

I found my system doesn't like any windows open in the background when it wakes from sleep or I get a black screen on windows media center.
