Why is the 'under review' icon minus the windows xbox logo? Is Microsoft reviewing it? Odd, no?

Just make sure you buy a spare Xbox 360 now, and replace any of the original 'red ring of death' versions immediately. In the UK, we don't even have the Ceton as an alternative. It would probably make more sense to run software emulation (if it were available) on a very cheap PC than to pay for an Xbox One extender. It certainly makes sense to buy an Xbox 360 at £129 (or £99 occasionally at Asda) than buy an Xbox One.
I was hoping that the price of the Xbox 360 would fall with the launch of the Xbox One, but I think that Microsoft have overestimated the ability of people to pay that much extra.

I wouldn't fret about buying a spare 360 quite yet. M$ has already stated that they'll be selling/support the console for another couple years. In that time, I expect they'll slowly drop the price on the unit. I imagine that we'll see 360s in the $99 to $149 mark in the next 2 years. It seems like 100-130 bucks is the magic price for outgoing consoles before they're completely sent out to pasture. Think PS2, Gamecube, Original XBox, Dreamcast just to name a few.

I don't expect them to take it seriously even if it went to 10k votes... But I did make sure to post a comment letting them know the sizeable chunk of money from our household that would be spent elsewhere if WMC isn't added as that is the most compelling reason for me to purchase and XBONE... otherwise if I am going to have multiple consoles just to keep extender functionality I may just pick up a ps4 instead. I mean with the PS4 I wouldn't need to have a Live let alone multiple Live accounts just to access netflix and amazon instant video on all the extender tv's...

VP of MS media and entertainment group just resigned citing differences in the paths MS is heading.

the only explanation I saw that made sense to me is that he is not interested in content creation...that's the only thing that's changed of late in that division, imo.

Currently at 3,341 votes. Another hot topic is a request to make the xbox one a dvr with the ability to use infinitv tuners. I like that, but I'd rather see extender functionality, as not everyone lives in an area with cable TV, including me.

The ability to use any kind of tuner would get my vote!
Create an all new media center platform for the Xbox One and let me use my Echo and 360 as extenders!

Anyone know anybody over at missingremote.com? It feels like this is getting to be news-worthy and might even garner more votes... I tried looking around over there, but couldn't get any pages to load, other than page 1.

just passed 4,000 votes.
interestingly, the original submission about the infinitv tuner, which had over 1,600 votes, was deleted. It was re-submitted and is back in second place with over 700 votes.
no answer as to why it was deleted to begin with.

Um, because Media Center is a better solution than connecting a tuner directly to the XBox-Zero?
