I appreciate that BBC 4 is only on from 19:00 but the WMC epg frequently shows 'No data available'.
Eg at 19:40 I check the epg and 'No data available' shows for BBC4 for all displayed time slots. I click on the slot which includes 19:40 and the programme data then appears for the programme and the next programme slot but nothing is shown beyond 21:00.
The channel (107) and frequency (10773 H 22000) are correct. The epg data is on auto download daily.
Is there a fix for this problem?

Sounds like you need to link the channel with downloaded guide data - the "over the air" data will be used when downloaded data is not auto linked. OTA data only covers the next two programmes on Freesat.
Right click the channel name, click edit channel>edit listings, scroll down to BBC four and click on a set of data, click copy to.. if asked and then see if you have data for the next 14 days.
You might need to try a couple of different entries in the edit listings menu to find the right one.

Many thanks for the response.
At the 'edit listings' screen for channel 107 'Show no listings for this channel' is displayed. When I scroll down the list the only entry appears to be for Radio 4 not BBC 4. I tried this yesterday evening and again this morning. Where do I go from here.

If that doesn't work you can get the freesat guide via epg collector.

This evening I now have 14 days of EPG for BBC 4 - I don't know how but the data is there.
The only entry in the list is one for BBC FOUR, located in amongst the main BBC radio channels which does not match with the entry for the other TV channels where lower case is used.
It appears that by following Rob's suggested routine as indicated below that even if there is no corresponding entry in the list the EPG is activated.
1. Open guide>go to channel>select channel number/name in left column [ensure cursor is on the cell]
2. OK>edit channel>OK>check and amend channel number if necessary>save changes
3. Edit listings>scroll down list [by name or channel number]>locate channel if seen
4. OK>save>return out to guide.
Many thanks for the help.
