Suppress .CMD windows [RESOLVED] mControl cmd line

I've finally finished this now and got everything working properly and written up.

Its been a big job but I think being able to send SOAP requests via wGet from the Windows 7 HTPC to the mControl Web Service on the WHS has opened up a world of possibilities.

Enabling both the Amulet voice remote and a regular Harmony remote to be able to send requests/commands to the mControl Web Service - to run macros and control home automation devices that are already configured in mControl.

Means I don't have to rely on the mControl mobile.aspx webpage on my iPod Touch so much now and I can just pick up the remote control that is in front of me.
