Blank program guide?

Blank program guide?

I'm playing with the Companion tonight on my iPad and the program guide is blank. It momentarily shows a "loading" next to each channel and then .... nothing. Just channel numbers and blackness. I just tried it on my iPhone and same thing. Anyone can help please?

Can you go into "Channels" and then at the top you will see "Sync" press that and it will sync your channels, then you should be good to go.

Awesome :) so the reason this happens is that sometimes media center updates the channels lineup in the EPG. Inside of the ceton companion we store all of the channels locally and only re-fresh them once a week this way everything loads extremely fast. So sometimes it is possible to get out of sync, but it only takes a few seconds to make it all better :)
