I just watched 15 minutes of Extreme Cheapskates yesterday.
Painful. Very painful.
Extreme anything--just call it "trainwrecks of life" and save yourself the hassle of coming up with new names for shows.
Better yet: call it "People Who Make You Glad You're Not Them'.
This is why I have a DVR. I cannot imagine being stuck on a schedule such that these trash shows and my down time come together.
