Did you run the cable advisor and update playready?

I did run Digital Cable Advisor, which went fine. When I tried to update PlayReady, I received a message that WMC could not connect to the internet. Is there some sort of permission that I have to configure for WMC to communicate? Even if I never touched Digital Cable Advisor or PlayReady, that shouldn't affect the OTA tuners, correct?

There is a download to install the latest playready, you can find it on Gary's EPG123 site.
OTA's should work fine without PlayReady.
You are receiving OTA in the HDhomerun APP?

Yes, I receive OTA (and CableCard) in the HDHomerun app. I have installed PlayReady 1.3.10 from Gary's GitHub page. All tuners are found by WMC, but no channels are detected.

hmmm..is media player installed?
aslo, do you have a tv or streaming device with DLNA? if so, do the OTA tuners (assuming they are either networked based, or bridged) work there?

I can watch channels from all tuners fine on my Windows 7 WMC and in the HDHomerun app on my W10 laptop. It is only WMC in the W10 computer that found all tuners but cannot detect channels.

You may need to install older HDHR drivers for Win10 1511. Search the web for hdhomerun_windows_20150826.exe which may work for you.
EDIT: But you will probably still fail with the Primes due to the PlayReady server/service being down.

I already have the hdhomerun_windows_20150826.exe installed. Even without the HDHomeRun Prime, I still have to figure out why the OTA channels are being detected by WMC. Thanks for the reply.

I've got an old HP IQ506 Touchsmart with a built-in Avermedia tuner card that I have been trying to get up and running. I installed Win 10, EPG123 and your WMC 8.9.1, but can't seem to get it working. When it gets to the WMC Settings screen, there's nothing there, so I just exit at that point and it seems to continue, but doesn't actually get anywhere and the PC even froze up after that for a long time. Trying w/o antivirus to see if that helps, but hoping you can give some insight?

After installing WMC, did you run it to verify it opens and select the express/custom setup?

During "Full Mode setup", Right at "Step 2" when epg123 starts WMC as part of the clean start.
Yes, I started WMC and followed the instructions about starting "WMC and go to settings > General > Windows Media Center Setup > Set Up Internet Connection." and chose "No" for Always on internet connection.
After this, I started the epg123 setup and followed the directions on your GitHub page for a Full setup but haven't been able to make it past "Step 2 TV setup."
Currently trying the steps in the log, but no luck yet (and my machine seemed slow, so I also disabled AV for now.)

Had to reinstall and then run one of the commands given in the terminal window - basically just corrupt files - got it working finally I just can't find any channels Now I have to do some work on my antenna system.
Anyone know how to add some free/paid IPTV feeds? I have subscriptions to Netflix and Amazon Prime Video for example but I don't have a clue how to add them in WMC. There's some info I found on github but I don't know how to make use of it: https://github.com/iptv-org/iptv?tab=readme-ov-file

you dont. WMC was made pre IPTV, and Netflix/Amazon are not IPTV.
Netflix had an add-on for media center at one time, but it was awful and no longer works.
Cable Card, Clear QAM, Over-the-Air, and media playback is all you get.
and no cable card for you on win10+
