ive recently picked up a dma2100 to kickstart my home theater and have ran into an issue setting it up
im able to get it to display a code but entering said code into wmc is resulting in an error when trying to communicate with the extender
im using windows media centre 6.1.7601.17514 on a machine running windows 7 sp1, connected via ethernet
the extender is running firmware version 1.1.12 and is connected to my network wirelessly
i have a hunch i might need to downgrade to windows vista to get this to run, but im trying to avoid doing that right now as i dont know if itll solve my problems
