Comcast Moved CNN Channel in my area
All of a sudden CNN will not tune in on WMC. All other channels ok. My wife determined the local Comcast folks changed the channel number in our area. I would have thought EPG would have picked up this change, but then I remembered this was probably one of the channels whose number I altered a long time ago. Am I right that if I want to changed the channel to fix this, I do so in WMC, not in EPG? It has been so long since I make these kinds of changes I forgot how? Very sorry!

Well it appears I have posted some rubbish, for which i apologize. Comcast changed nothing. They broadcast CNN on 1111 and years ago when I set up EPG123 i relabeled it 1001 to get it into a cluster of networks and favorite channels. Worked fine but now will not tune. As can be seen from the Client screen below, nothing has cnanged, so why not not tuning off the menu? Just now I finally got it to manually tune but only after tuning some other stations and even trying 1111 just for the heck of it. Then "bingo", it did tune and has held for a few minutes at least This is probably not an EPG issue, but maybe some of you have seen this kid of phenomenon?

Well rebooting only worked for a couple of tuning tries. Weather Channel also same issue. Turned out out to be Xfinity and the man in bucket truck has now remedied.
