My first Post, Sorry if I do not do it correctly.
I have inherited an old Sony Model MJPC-300A1 VAIO desktop PC. The PC does have a composite video connection on the bottom of the front. However, I am unable to determine what software should be used
in order to use this connection. Any help whatsoever will be greatly appreciated.

I googled that model but that number only seems to match power supplies.
However, I did own a VGX-XL201 which was one of Sony's dedicated HTPC models and also had composite video out. This model had a custom Nvidia video card which provided an internal connection for the composite output. The card was prone to failure and was often replaced by more modern and performant video cards, however these would not have the required connections which means that composite output would no longer function.
I would first check that your PC still has the internal connections. If it does then it could be that it needs a very specific driver from Sony to enable composite.
