Xbox 360 WMC Extender Inconsistent Audio Only Issue

After adding to my video library, entire folders of videos start playing audio with only a black screen with the timestamp freezing at 0:00 or whatever it was left at last, Including videos that worked just fine a bit ago, is there any way to fix or troubleshoot this? Thanks
