I know this is documented, but I can't find it now despite much effort, so my apologies. I have been using WMC for years, and that's part of the problem.
I have forgotten what I have to do to see Settings->TV->Guide->About Guide Listings, and I have lost this on my HTPC after upgrading to Windows 11.
What is strange is that this works on one of my PCs I recently upgraded to to Windows 11, but not my main HTPC. I am not sure what I did differently. The answer is probably not related to Windows 11
Thanks for everything! I love WMC!

This might sound weird, but open the client, right-click any tuner channel on the left side and select 'Unsubscribe', and then either manually subscribe the listing back to the channel or click Match by: [# Number] button.
This happens particularly for OTA channels. The MXF file that EPG123 creates contains info for the channel that WMC will automatically map guide listings to the tuner channels, but it does not "add" the lineup for that screen. By forcing a mapping using the client, it will ensure the lineup is added and will then be available to view in WMC.

Thanks Gary, that sounds familiar! I didn't see the result right away after following your instructions, so I did "Save and Execute" in the server, then all was well. Thanks!
