Updating Guide Yields Dozens of "parse" Errors in Log

#1

Post by GlueckAuf » Sat Aug 19, 2023 4:37 am

I'm running the latest version of EPG123, 1.8.1.5, and on the latest daily update attempt, the log scrolled dozens and dozens of errors (below) in yellow text. Is this an issue with Schedules Direct, or something I can fix within EPG123? It appears the schedule isn't updating to the 21-days-out setting, as the Guide is forecasting only about two weeks at the moment.

I used to get this error occasionally for one or two channels--no big deal--but today it looks like every channel is displaying this identical error:

[8/18/2023 23:59:48] [WARNG] Failed to parse the schedule Md5 return for stationId 12852 (TCM) on 2023-08-19 and after.

Anyone else experiencing this? Thoughts?

Ah ha. Thanks for the quick reply, Space. Awaiting the fix like the rest.

This morning I tried to update again, and the process completed error-free, according to the log. But it doesn't look like any new schedule information was added, as the guide listings still end at 4 September 2023 rather than the full 21 days out as configured.

There hasn't been a full 21 days available in years. The max in the U.S. is 17 days.
