EPG123 Service stops after starting

On one of my win7 system, the service starts but then stops. Win7 says service has stopped, some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs. What would stop it.

I get about 4 stations with the program metadata pictures, but the rest not at all.

I am running version 12 and have reinstalled and still the same issue.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

There is a service log file at c:\programdata\garyan2\epg123\server.log that may find a reason the service is throwing an exception and stopping.

thanks. Since it is not running, nothing in the log except the top 2 lines. I am running sfc /scannow to check the system.

The second line may have something. The first line is from when the service starts.

Sfc isn't going to do anything since epg123 is not a part of the OS.
