Before Windows Updates from yesterday, Windows Media Center was working correctly. After the update when the Windows Media Center started it came up as the initial setup, but it still recorded scheduled programs.
Today I used system restore point to restore before update and the Windows Media Center worked correctly.
Currently I have hidden the update (KB5011564).
I also used recimg to create new custom recovery image, so I will able to reset, keeps files and all programs will be reinstalled (recimg -CreateImage D:\\RefreshImage).

I had the same problem. I un-installed the monthly security update (2022-03) that was installed today, March 9th, and that worked for me.
