Can't find tuner after CPU upgrade?

I upgraded my CPU this morning (and updated my nVidia graphics card driver) and now WMC can't find my TV tuner. "Searching for tuner" for about a minute before reporting "No tuner detected."

My tuner, a WinTV PCIe x1 card, works fine. I have it playing right now in the background using the provided WinTV software as I type this, so I know it's fine.)

I seriously doubt changing my CPU affected WMC, so it must be the graphics card driver update. Is there a simple fix or must I reinstall?

I would try re-running WMC tuner set up first and seeing if the tuners are visible to tuner setup before doing a reinstall.
