Guide update has stopped working

My guide has not been updated for a few days now, I've updated to the latest version 1.3.9.30, and after the scheduled task has run the status icon remains red with the correct date showing.
I have attached my latest trace.log if you could help me please.

You have been updating just fine, but this is due to the datetime format problem I introduced in 1.3.9.0 and fixed in 1.3.9.30. Your next guide update will not get that error (and not run garbage collection) since the registry entry is now in an acceptable date format.

Just got back from vacation and having the same issue with the Guide not updating. Was running 1.3.4 and just upgraded to 1.3.9.30. During install 2 files could not be overwritten...hit "retry" without success. Hit skip on those files and install completed. It's still not downloading the guide. Likely user error, but appreciate direction on how to get back up and running without a clean install.

It sounds like you have the GUIs open. You won't be able to copy over the files if they are in use. Also, if the configuration GUI is open, it won't be able to update due to only being able to have 1 active Schedules Direct token at a time.

Thanks Gary. The GUI must have been running in the background. I reinstalled 1.3.9.30 and the program guide is downloading successfully again.
