Windows 10 Version 1909 18363.657
Tried 100 times, scan, no channels found, however worked (card) on previous Windows 7.
Also still works with manual entries into a VLC setting.
Any step by step would be appreciated.
I don't care about schedules or guides, just some channels.
TV is a breakfast table TV 1-2 hours daily.
Any help?
