Client bootup makes it about to the beginning of the second bar at the bottom (there are 3... i assume 1 per tuner?) here is the log entry

I've already cleared the cache and rebuilt everything from scratch with a "save & execute". I'v e tried reinstalling as well. Any tips on a path forward appreciated.

Thanks for telling me which bar it was on... actually a pretty good troubleshooting aid. While I look for where an exception could be thrown at that stage, you could try to run "START /WAIT C:\Windows\ehome\mcupdate.exe -uf -dbgc" from a command prompt. When that completes, see if the client will open.dent wrote: ↑Fri Dec 20, 2019 5:52 pm Client bootup makes it about to the beginning of the second bar at the bottom (there are 3... i assume 1 per tuner?) here is the log entry

Sure ill give that a whirl. i just switched cable providers and cable cards and in the process updated the epc123 so there were a lot of moving parts. They were also having issue binding the new cable card.

In that case, could you also send me your current backup tuner configurations? I just need the latest one located at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\eHome\mcepgX-Y\backup\lineup ... the filename will be the timestamp it was created. It will probably be much easier for me to find where the exception was coming from.
I'll PM you my email address.
Thanks.
